Strong understanding of Tied agency channel preferably Variable Agency.
Incumbent will be responsible for Training, Development of Variable Agency i.e Agency Managers
Key Result Areas will include Retention of existing Agency Managers & Creation of New Agency Managers
Responsible & Managing the Holistic End to End Agency Manager Development through the Regional Teams
Team Management role with 2 levels of Team reporting (8-9 direct &60 indirect)
Ensuring development of Agency Manager in all locations of the Region for conducting required training and development programs
