Role Definition :-
We are looking to hire an EM for one of its engineering team serving the B2B platform.
As an EM, this person would be responsible for leading a team of engineers (approximately 6-8 folks) as they develop highly scalable enterprise class application.
He/She would be reporting to Director of Engineering.
Desired Profile
Skill Set :-
8+ years of experience in Software Development, with a B.Tech./B.E. degree,preferably from a tier 1 institute.
Good hands on developing experience in java, j2ee, spring & hibernate.
Problem solving skills with data structure, algorithms & design pattern.
Good hands on experience in architecture and development of at least one large scale web application.
Experience in leading a team of engineers.
Have a very good understanding of Web architecture.
