To formulate and implement the employee engagement and
communication strategy and framework for the organization

To collate employee pulse of the organization and provide
structured feedback to the leadership team on a periodic basis

To design and implement various initiatives keeping in mind the
values, ethics and culture of the organization;
·
To develop mechanisms in understanding the people challenges
impacting business performance and productivity and
proactively develop action plans to mitigate risks associated
·
To promote employer brand internally and on social media forums;
provide interface for internal stake-holders with external interactions
·
To facilitate employee development initiatives which will support
actions under learning management and talent management activities through
structured events like career development discussions, job rotation,
deputation.
