Employee Engagement Lead - Leading Bank - Omani National

Job Description

The role would be responsible for assisting the Employee Experience function within the Bank

Lead Employee Engagement Initiatives, maintain positive employee relationships and assist in Employee Development Initiative.

Assist the department with developing and implementing the employee value proposition and programs related the employee experience journey.


Desired Profile

  • Omani National
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8yrs relevant experience in HR
  • Working knowledge of employee value proposition framework
  • Prefer candidates from O&G, Banking or Big Four
