Director Planning & Strategy - Commercial Real Estate - Bangalore

Key Functions :

• Head the Planning & Strategy Functions of Project Development Management & Core Acquisition.
• Will be responsible for Planning, Strategy, design management, innovation, risk management, sustainability, cost management, internal audit, ethics & Compliance
  
• Due diligence of new opportunities at strategic level, investor coordination & reporting, formulation and maintain process and practices
  

• Development planning - schedule, cost, quality, cash flows, EHS etc
  
• Design management - design intent generations, specifications formulations, coordinate and manage design with external & internal teams
  
• Innovation and sustainability
  
• Risk Management in Project development - risk assessment
  

- Bachelor/Master in Civil/Architecture

- MBA - Premium Institute

- 25-30 yrs work experience in commercial real estate

- Global work experience will be an advantage

- Currently on a salary package of 75-80 lacs
