For our IT services client , we are hiring a Director- Delivery .
The role would be broadly responsible for ;
Take complete responsibility for successful delivery of all allocated projects/accounts.
Meets SLAs and TATs.
Ensure project profitability and drives gross margins.
Manage communication between Delivery teams offshore and onsite.
Manage relationships with Project and the Program Managers in India and the US.
Sets and manages client expectations.
· 10-15 years experience
· Must be from a mid sized IT services organisation.
· Must have handled US market.
