Skills
· Ability to manage a manpower of 1500.
· End to end recruitment
· Liaise with the Labour related Govt. offices.
· Ability to manage different stakeholders - Departmental heads, Corporate Team, Vendors etc.
· Ability to manage a team of 3-5 members
Education and experience
· MBA(HR) with 5-7 years of HR experience in retail industry
