· Chat process and Chat bots to be improvised
· Manpower reduction and efficiency gains over a period of time
· Action within 24 hours. Closure within 15 days from Registration Day
· To ensure all customers are reverted on the query within 24 hours & closed in 5 days from registered Day.
· M.I.S on complaint cases. To be sent on periodic basis with real time status & brief analysis on complaints
· Emails to be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and appropriate tagging in system
· To work on process improvements identified from complaints
· Work on implementation of CRM project and grievance analytics
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
