1) Head and manage Outcome based Delivery for $20 MM account
2) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Customer Relationship Management, Proposals, Issue and Escalation Management
3) Providing Strategic direction and realizing the same
4) Manage multiple programs / projects predominantly from Independent Quality Engineering (IQE) perspective
5) Operations and Delivery Cost Management with P&L accountability
6) Experience working in Global Delivery Model with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
7) Experience in Insurance Domain – P&C, Speciality, Worker’s Compensation, Corporate Health Insurance and International
8) Experience in Test Automation along with CI, CT and DevOps
9) The strength of this account will go upto 200.
Candidates with relevant experience in handling a Delivery management role
for Insurance vertical is preferred.
