1. Legal Documentation
· Follow up with External lawyer/Group Legal for negotiation and closure of Documentation.
· Have control over executed documents by ensuring correct executable version is sent to lawyers and client for execution.
· Filing of Charge with ROC / CERSAI etc
· Creation of Mortgages
· NCDs Documentation
· Communicate release of facilities in the system to Operations /Accounts team
· Track the Expiry of Legal Documents and flag these off monthly.
· Maintenance and Custody of Loan documentation files.
2. Preparation of MIS
· Industry wise exposure
· Rating wise exposure
· Monitor receipt of Inspection/Insurance
· Monitor receipt of end use Certificates
· Tracking the approvals & maintaining MIS for the same
· Tracking covenants as applicable
· Tracking of deferrals in Documentation, if any
· Tracking of Data on CRILC
· Providing data to Finance team for provisioning of standard assets.
3. Overdue /Excess monitoring
· Daily monitoring of Loans Outstanding
· Daily Excess monitoring of Loans facilities
· Track overdue credit review
· Update Credit line and security details on internal software
4. Regulatory related activities
· Preparation of RBI regulatory returns assigned to credit admin
· Assist and participate during RBI inspection for credit related data and queries.
· Preparation of HO reports on a monthly basis & as and when required by HO
· Track changes in HO policy and ensure compliance with credit related matters.
· Updating process manual.
4-8 Years of experience in Credit Administration
and Monitoring
Preferably Real Estate funding /Structured Finance in a reputed Bank or NBFC industry
Strong track record of error free documentation
is desirable
