Job Description

Hiring COO for a leading IT Peripherals client in Chennai.

Role:

COO will oversee our organization's ongoing Service Delivery operations & Products Businesses & procedures with P&L accountability.

Designing and implementing Business Operations Strategy.

Overall responsible for functioning of Products, Service delivery, SCM, QMS and Process Audit & Compliance, Customer Management & Brand Management.

Ensure Customer delight & Wow experience across all touch points.

Providing effective and inspirational leadership to enable Top Line Growth and Profitability for the Business.

Vision to scale up the current business to next levels.

Desired Profile

Post Graduate Degree with 20-25 years- experience in Operations with strong exposure to IT Peripherals business.

A similar capacity having handled a larger portfolio of Business Operations- Pan India (B2B | B2O | B2C retail work experience).

Experience in handling large teams of Operations, SCM and call centers.

Business Processes for different service delivery model (COCO, FOCO, FOFO).

Product technical knowledge in IT hardware / Mobile / other related domains.

Planning, budgeting, Analytical and cost management experience.

Strong Techno-Savvy
