Responsible for increasing the Bank's market share, profitability and entire volume on its range of Banking products, third party products & services in the designated area.
Should be able to evaluate market
needs, explore opportunities and evolve marketing & sales strategies
accordingly and also promote cross selling.
Responsible for overall administration, MIS reporting, compliance and service quality of branches in the cluster.
Graduate or a post graduate with 12+
years of Experience in Retail Banking with focus on Retail Banking sales, with
at least 5 years as Branch Head is desired.
