Will be responsible for driving Corporate Sales/Leasing across startups, small & medium sized business and Fortune 1000 Enterprises.
Meeting or exceeding growth targets in the market with strong ability to lead and scale business.
Developing and implementing standard methodologies in the market to improve lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates.
Building & furthering key relationships with Founders, CXO’s Corporate Heads of Real Estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders.
Understanding & identifying their work space needs, business performance and expansion plans.
