City Operations Head - Agri Products - E-Commerce
Responsibilities:
- Own the end to end operations of Collection Center/ Fulfillment Center / Distribution Center operations which include infrastructure, people and processes.
- Manage cost, quality and efficiency to achieve operations SLAs.
- Set targets and proactively manage & review the performance of FC/CC/DC teams.
- Manage relationships with key vendors pertaining to operations.
- MBA/PGDM from Top Institue with 4-8 years of work experience in supply operations from Retail / FMCG preferred.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in process improvement and lean techniques
