For a large group with interests in Education and Schools, we are looking for a CFO in Dubai. The Role : Responsible for the Finance function across the group . Focus on capital structure, debt and equity raising (term debt, sale and leaseback transactions, working capital facilities, preferred equity), investor/creditor relations, treasury, external audits and vendor negotiation, oversee the day to day finance operations . Will handle a team of finance managers. The Person : CA with 20 years experience , with atleast 7 years in similar capacity in UAE. Must be from a multinational organization or a large local group.
