Our client is setting up an F&B chain in UAE collaborating with an International brand focused on Ice cream stores. We have been retained to hire a Business Head to set up and operate the division.
We are looking at a candidate currently based in UAE with experience in conceptualizing, rolling out and operating F&B chains, preferably with exposure to Ice Cream brands. He would be responsible for launching the brand, identifying locations, building up the team, and handle the P&L.
He must have 10-15 years experience with a very strong understanding of UAE market.
