Job Description
Ensuring compliance to Financial Policies and Procedures, as well as local GAAP adapted to processes
Develop and maintain the internal financial structure
Drive and support development of Business case and its implementation
Co-ordination and supervision of the business plan and the forecasting processes
Support new product development initiatives, analysis of product and production cost inputs to the business case
Control and follow-up of cost reduction targets for product cost development
Monthly reporting of results in cooperation with Finance and ACC
Ad hoc analysing and reporting, forecasting and production programs
Support in preparing investment requests, including make or buy and profitability calculations
Proactively review specific processes for localization, third party services, purchasing decisions and help formalizing the processes and routines
Lead compliance for activities with Internal financial controls
Support commercial operations including tender business, product pricing, aftermarket pricing, cost analysis, business risk
Follow up and due diligence of sales contracts, customer credit, account receivables and responsible for managing cash flow
Actively lead and participate in commercial discussions/negotiations with external stakeholders including service providers like body builders, Aftermarket network, Engineering service providers etc.
Desired Profile
Relevant Professional Qualification such as Chartered Accountant or ICWA,
Excellent knowledge of controlling/reporting-relevant procedures and tools
Relevant experience in financial reporting or business control
Practical experience of working in an international environment. Demonstrated financial leadership success in a manufacturing-oriented environment with knowledge of commercial and industrial operations
Proven financial manager with strong leadership skills and a history of increasing managerial responsibilities including exposure to business control, treasury and reporting
Fluent English is a must
