Job Description

           Achieving  Front line sales force (FOS) across various channels for the region.

·         Driving hiring through internal E Sourcing team – 

·         Conversions through Employee Referral Schema + Campus – 

·         Timely Reporting of MIS

·         Bring about new and innovative avenues of hiring for FOS.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

·         Graduate OR MBA in HR

·         Minimum experience of at least 3 years in bulk /volume based recruitment.

·         Preferred Industry:  BFSI, BPO & Retail

·        

Desired Profile

 Should have team handling experience (as team leader)

·         Confident to handle multiple stake holder to ensure to meet their demands of recruitment

·         Easy to get along with stake holders & ready to take responsibility on absence of regional HR manager

·         Multiple location handling experience (eg south or Karnataka)

·         Kannada speaking will be an advantage however not mandatory requirement.
