Job Description

  • Handle Key Accounts on PAN India
  • manage the entire gamut of Operation & Maintenance.
  • Facility Management with procurement of operational and maintenance inventory on behalf of the client.
  • conceptualizing and effectuating measures / modifications in the operating procedures to optimize resources and manpower utilization

Desired Profile

  • 12+ years of experience of Facility Management including operations and maintenence.
  • Trained in Health and Safety to IOSH Level II standard.
  • Should have knowledge of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, Building, Electrical and Mechanical Regulations
